Georgian Defence Forces conduct International Sniper Course in Mukhrovani

The Special Operations Command of the Georgian Defence Forces held an international sniper course at the Mukhrovani military training ground.

Georgian instructors trained representatives from the special operations forces of Georgia, Romania, and Poland.

Over 2 weeks, the trainees practised firing exercises from different distances in complex terrain. The completion ceremony was held at the Major Gela Chedia Special Operations Command Base.

Special Operations Commander, Colonel Teimuraz Klarteishvili and representatives from the Substantial NATO-Georgia Package (SNGP) attended the event. The course graduates were awarded certificates and badges.

The International Sniper Course aimed to deepen cooperation with partner countries, enhance interoperability, and share international experience.
