SSG reports on release of Georgians illegally detained by occupying force

Georgian citizens, Chito Akhalkatsi and Gocha Mamagulashvili, unlawfully detained by the Russian occupation forces on April 30 in the occupied territory near Dvani village, have been released, the State Security Service of Georgia (SSG) reported.

“The occupying forces bear responsibility for all destructive actions carried out in the occupied territories of Georgia and along the occupation line. The central government, together with international partners, continues to work actively for the release of unlawfully arrested Georgian citizens in the occupied territories,” the SSG stated.
