Georgian Patriarch congratulates U.S. on Independence Day

The Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia Ilia II congratulated the United States on Independence Day.

“We congratulate the American people and the Government of the United States of America on the 245th anniversary of the USA’s Independence Day. We congratulate every person who values true freedom and independence,” the statement reads.

The United States marks its Independence Day on July 4.
