Georgian basketball team beats Denmark #1TVSPORT

Georgia’s national basketball team faced Denmark in a FIBA World Cup qualifier match and won with a score of 89:71.

Three teams from the four-team group will advance to the next stage. After two defeats in their first two matches, the Georgian team must outrun Denmark to advance to the next group stage.

“Basketball players acknowledge the importance of the match. We have to put in maximum energy and use our athleticism,” said Head Coach Aleksandar Džikić.

The Georgian basketball team will play its next match against Denmark again on March 2 in Tbilisi. The match will kick off at 9:00 PM at the New Sports Palace.
