Georgian Banking Association warns over new cyber fraud cases

The Banking Association of Georgia reported on recently revealed new cyber fraud cases.

According to a new fraud scheme, cybercriminals use Google search engines and attack via fake ads or websites.

“In a bid to prevent phishing attacks, do not click the suspicious website address. Before enter username and password, double-check the website. A fake URL is often similar to the original one but with a letter difference,” the Banking Association noted.
