Georgian and Ukrainian Foreign Ministers hold telephone conversation at Ukrainian side's initiative

On 6 May 2026, at the initiative of the Ukrainian side, a telephone conversation took place between the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Georgia, Maka Botchorishvili, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Andrii Sybiha, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said.

According to the MFA, the discussion focused on Georgia-Ukraine bilateral relations, with emphasis placed on the importance of a dialogue and on further steps in this regard.

Maka Botchorishvili and Andrii Sybiha also met within the framework of the 8th Summit of the European Political Community in Yerevan, Armenia.
