Georgian Health Minister Zurab Azarashvili held a meeting with his Turkish colleague Fahrettin Koca as part of his visit to Turkey.
The parties reviewed the strategic partnership between Turkey and Georgia, Health Ministry reported on Wednesday.
Health Ministers discussed joint healthcare projects, as well as, the opportunities for further development of cooperation. The import of high-quality medicines from Turkey to Georgia was underscored during the meeting.
Turkish Health Minister’s visit to Georgia was also planned, the Ministry said.
