Georgia will open its land borders from June 1, the Interagency Coordination Council decided on Tuesday.
Giorgi Ghibradze, Head of the Operative Headquarters announced at the news briefing that crossing the Georgian state border will be possible with the documentation confirming a person’s being fully vaccinated and negative PCR test results.
According to Ghibradze, visitors will be obliged to take PCR test repeatedly within 72 hours. Also, foreign visitors should have health insurance.
Canada, Japan, Kuwait, China, South Korea, Moldova and Oman were added to the list of countries.
