The Georgian national football team has maintained its position in the latest FIFA World Ranking and remains in 72nd place.
Among Georgia’s opponents in the upcoming UEFA Nations League campaign, Ukraine holds the highest ranking, occupying 32nd place. Hungary has moved up three positions to 39th, while Northern Ireland is also set to compete in Georgia’s group.
The top spot in the FIFA World Ranking continues to belong to reigning world champion Argentina, which reclaimed first place in the latest update published by FIFA.
The team coached by Willy Sagnol will begin its UEFA Nations League campaign this autumn, facing Ukraine, Hungary, and Northern Ireland in the group stage.
