Georgia reported 817 coronavirus cases, 3,017 recoveries, and 3 deaths on March 23, the official figures show.
Georgian capital Tbilisi recorded the highest number of 374 Covid-19 cases within the last 24 hours, followed by the Imereti region with 105 cases, and the Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti region with 81 cases.
A total of 23,553 tests have been conducted in the past 24 hours throughout the country. Among them, 21,030 tests were rapid tests, while the remaining 2,523 were PCR tests.
The daily test-positivity rate stands at 3,47%, while 4,45% in the past week.
Georgia’s total case tally reached 1,644,112, among them 1,604,595 people recovered and 16,681 died.
As of today, 2,846,431 people got the Covid-19 vaccine, with 1,750 in a day.
