Georgia reported 6 236 coronavirus cases, 14 909 recoveries, and 43 deaths on Saturday, the official figures show.
A total of 33 926 tests have been conducted in the past 24 hours throughout the country. Among them, 20 408 tests were rapid tests, while the remaining 13 518 were PCR tests.
The daily test-positivity rate stands at 18.38%, while 27.63% in the past 14 days.
Georgia’s total case tally reached 1 598 172, among them 1 477 481 people recovered and 16 097 died.
There are 4 people quarantined, 4 754 Covid-19 patients are hospitalized, 574 asymptomatic and mild symptom patients are placed at the government-assigned facilities.
As of February 26, 2 814 515 people got the Covid-19 vaccine, with 2 681 in a day.
