Georgia reports 24 new cases of Omicron variant

Georgia reported twenty-four new cases of the Omicron variant, Deputy Health Minister Tamar Gabunia said on Wednesday.

The new cases are the contacts of two first Omicron-infected people confirmed in Georgia on Monday.

They have mild symptoms of the disease, Gabunia added.
