Georgia re-elected to UN human rights council for 2nd term

The UN General Assembly has elected 14 members of the Human Rights Council for the term 2023-2025, including Georgia.

Georgia has been elected with 178 votes. The terms will start from January 1, 2023.

Georgian Foreign Minister Ilia Darchiashvili said, he was “grateful” to UN Member States for their support.
