Georgia lowers flags to mark 31 years since fall of Sokhumi

The state flag was lowered on the government administration building to commemorate the 31st anniversary of the fall of Sukhumi and to honour the memory of those who died in the Abkhazia war.

According to the government administration, the state flag has been lowered on all administrative buildings throughout Georgia.
