Georgia launches new tourism marketing campaign with Expedia and Beautiful Destinations

The Georgian National Tourism Administration has partnered with global travel booking platform Expedia and renowned travel media group Beautiful Destinations to launch a new international marketing campaign.

According to the Administration, the campaign aims to promote Georgia’s tourism image across key markets – specifically the United States, the United Kingdom, and Germany.

Expedia now features extensive content about Georgia’s travel offerings, including information on its natural landscapes, resorts, wine regions, and gastronomy. Users can explore travel guides and directly book accommodations and plan trips to Georgia through the platform.

Additionally, a dedicated travel guide includes highlights of UNESCO World Heritage sites, upcoming festivals, as well as features on the country’s winemaking traditions and culinary scene.

The campaign is set to reach millions worldwide: Beautiful Destinations boasts a combined social media following of over 50 million, while Expedia serves more than 46 million users globally, according to the Tourism Administration.
