Georgia hands over GUAM chairmanship to Moldova

Georgia has handed over the chairmanship of GUAM to Moldova at today’s 37th meeting of the GUAM Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs on the sidelines of the 28th meeting of the OSCE Ministerial Council in Stockholm, Sweden.

Foreign ministers of Azerbaijan, Georgia, Ukraine, and Moldova attended the GUAM Ministerial, led by Georgian Foreign Minister David Zalkaliani.

FM Zalkaliani summarized the presidency of Georgia in GUAM in 2021 and reviewed the results achieved during the presidency amid the pandemic.

David Zalkaliani thanked his colleagues for their cooperation during the presidency of Georgia and wished success to Moldova.
