The Georgia national football team secured a 2–0 victory over Lithuania national football team in a friendly match in Kaunas, marking the 100th win in the team’s history.

Giorgi Mikautadze was the standout performer, scoring both goals for Georgia. He opened the scoring in the 71st minute with a confidently converted penalty. Mikautadze doubled the lead in the 84th minute, finishing a pass from Nika Gagnidze.

The victory also ended Georgia’s five-match winless run.

The team’s next fixture is scheduled for June 2, when they will face Romania national football team in Tbilisi.
