Georgia–Argentina FMs hold talks within Munich Security Conference
On February 14, within the Munich Security Conference, Georgian Foreign Minister Maka Botchorishvili held a meeting with Argentine Foreign Minister Pablo Quirno.
According to the Georgian Foreign Ministry, the ministers discussed current issues of bilateral and multilateral cooperation and emphasized the importance of intensifying trade and economic partnership.
“The existing cooperation within international organizations was positively assessed; the Georgian Foreign Minister thanked his Argentine counterpart for supporting Georgia’s resolutions within the UN.
The parties also discussed ongoing processes in the South Caucasus and Latin America. At the end of the meeting, the ministers confirmed their readiness to continue close cooperation in both bilateral and multilateral formats,” the Georgian Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
