GD’s Levan Machavariani: From today’s perspective, we are not going to talk to either Lelo or any other radical opposition party

“The Lelo committed a big mistake when it ripped off the MP mandates and insulted its voters,” said Levan Machavariani, a member of the Georgian Dream (GD) party.

According to Machavariani, the Lelo should admit its mistake.

“When they acknowledge this, we will think about holding talks. However, from today’s perspective, we are not going to talk to either Lelo or any other radical opposition party other than in a parliamentary format. The radical opposition is in crisis; there is no crisis in Georgia. The country is being governed as usual, and the parliament and the government continue to work. Accordingly, I do not see any signs of crisis,” he said.
