The PM explained that the regional delegates would be presented in the party list and would protect the voters’ interests in the parliament after the elections.
“As you know, the October 26 elections will be fully proportional. The abolition of the single-mandate system has serious negative side such as tiring the link between the voters and candidates. The delegates institute was introduced based on the election legislation to resolve this discrepancy,” he said.
