GD Chair says party mobilizing to win elections decisively

“There is no question that the Georgian Dream will win in the elections. But our party should win the elections decisively securing constitutional majority,” said Irakli Garibashvili, Chair of the Georgian Dream (GD) party speaking to reporters in Batumi following the meeting with the party activists.

According to Irakli Garibashvili, the meeting touched on the preparations for the election campaign. He said he held the first meeting in the Adjara region and planned to hold similar meetings in 10 regions during 100 days.

“Of course, the main objective for us is to win the elections. There is no question that the Georgian Dream will win. However, we should win the polls strongly, and decisively and secure the constitutional majority. This was my main message to our party supporters and the mood is positive. We should mobilize everywhere, in all regions, and this is the aim of my field meetings, in the regions,” he said.
