Georgia has grounds for optimism in getting the EU candidate status, said Irakli Kobakhidze, Chairman of the ruling Georgian Dream (GD) party.
According to the GD Chair, the meetings with European leaders give more grounds for optimism than last year or a few months ago.
“If the chances were 50/50 earlier, the picture is improved and the odds are bent to the positive in favor of the positive decision,” he said.
