GD Chair advises For Georgia leader to play TikTok with fellow party members
Chairman of the ruling Georgian Dream (GD) party, Irakli Kobakhidze, advised the For Georgia party leader and former Prime Minister Giorgi Gakharia to communicate with his party members, MPs Ana Buchukuri and Beka Liluashvili, “who count their last months of playing parliamentarianism” on TikTok.
The GD Chair echoed Giorgi Gakharia’s statement, inviting Bidzina Ivanishvili, GD Honorable chair and founder of the party, to debates.
“I would not remark on this 5-word narration, if not the leader of the 2 percent party and the etalon of impudence,” Kobakhidze said.
The GD chair reminded Giorgi Gakharia that Bidzina Ivanishvili was a person with special merits, while Gakharia was a “traitor,” accusing him of being in affiliation with the United National Movement (UNM) party.
“Thank God, today Georgia is much more independent and sovereign, allowing us not to admit such people to hold the positions of minister and prime minister,” he said.
On January 11, former Prime Minister and leader of the For Georgia party, Giorgi Gakharia, challenged Bidzina Ivanishvili, the newly elected Honorable chairperson of the Georgian Dream (GD) party, to a debate.
