French air defense systems are already in Georgia

Georgia’s airspace will be more protected and efficiently controlled as of today. Provided by a contract with French companies, the radar stations and the anti-aircraft missile systems are already in Georgia, – the Ministry of Defence of Georgia reports.
According to state agency, the Georgian society will have the opportunity to see them at Alekseyevka aviation base where military aviation day is marked.
Radar stations purchased from French Thales Las and MBDA, mobile center for management and reporting and new anti-aircraft missile systems will be exhibited.
