Foreign Ministers of Georgia and Kazakhstan sign cooperation program

Georgian Foreign Minister Maka Botchorishvili met Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan Ermek Kosherbayev.

The two foreign ministers reviewed key issues within bilateral and multilateral cooperation. They emphasized the significance of relations deepening and the implementation of high-level visits.

Maka Botchorishvili and Ermek Kosherbayev accentuated the intensification of trade-economic ties and cooperation of Georgia and Kazakhstan in the development of the Middle Corridor project.

At the end of the meeting, the foreign ministers of Georgia and Kazakhstan signed a cooperation program between the foreign ministries for 2026-2027.

During his visit, Kosherbayev is scheduled to meet with Mikheil Kavelashvili, President of Georgia, and Irakli Kobakhidze, Prime Minister of Georgia.

Ermek Kosherbayev, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and his delegation pay an official visit to Georgia.
