For the first time after 24 years, Georgian and Russian football teams to play at Europa League

The Georgian and Russian football teams will play in the second tour of EUFA Europa League. Tbilisi “Locomotive” and Moscow “Dinamo” will hold a match at Mikheil Meskhi 2 Stadium in Georgia on September 17.

This will be the first march for the last 24 years and the second one in the history of European tournament.

The first match was won by Georgia. In the 1/32 final in 1996, Tbilisi “Dinamo” played against Moscow “Torpedo” in Russia and won with the score 1:0, while in Tbilisi the match ended in a draw 1:1.
