FM: Inauguration of Georgian Embassy's new building in Armenia underlines strong friendship between nations

Georgian Foreign Minister Ilia Darchiashvili on Monday said the inauguration of the new building of the Georgian Embassy in Armenia “underlines the strong and centuries-old friendship,” between the nations.

“The building is our country’s property, recently bought and renovated. Georgia’s diplomatic mission will be housed in a high-quality facility,” he added.

Earlier today, the Prime Ministers of Georgia and Armenia inaugurated the new building. According to the government’s press office, its design takes into account ethnic and cultural elements. The new building is the 15th facility of this kind to be owned by Georgia.
