FM: Georgia has special role in connectivity, PM’s participation in European Political Union meeting is important
“When we talk about connectivity, Georgia has a special role to play. Therefore, the participation of the Prime Minister of Georgia in the eighth meeting of the European Political Community and the discussions on connectivity is, of course, important,” Georgian Foreign Minister Maka Botchorishvili said.
According to the Minister, a roundtable discussion will be held within the eighth meeting of the European Political Community in Yerevan.
“The eighth meeting of the European Political Community is being held in Yerevan, and the Prime Minister will participate in the event. A roundtable discussion will focus on issues of connectivity and economic security. These issues are important both for EU member states and for the broader European region. Georgia plays a special role in terms of connectivity and, naturally, the Prime Minister’s participation in this format of discussions is significant,” Botchorishvili stated.
Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze will participate in the 8th Summit of the European Political Community, hosted by Armenia in Yerevan. The Prime Minister traveled to Yerevan accompanied by a delegation that includes Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Maka Botchorishvili and Head of Government Administration Levan Zhorzholiani.
