FM Botchorishvili: PM-President meeting to address all key issues for strengthening Georgia-Azerbaijan relations
“The meeting between Georgia’s Prime Minister and Azerbaijan’s President will address all significant issues essential for further strengthening our relations,” stated Maka Botchorishvili, Georgia’s Foreign Minister, during a press briefing in Baku.
According to the Minister, the tenth session of the Georgia-Azerbaijan Intergovernmental Economic Cooperation Commission is scheduled today. This commission represents a vital platform operating under the leadership of the two countries’ prime ministers.
“Government officials from both Georgia and Azerbaijan will participate in the Commission’s session. We will certainly discuss all matters on the relations between our two countries, particularly the strategic partnership that binds us across various sectors.
Naturally, high-level meetings will also occur, including one between Georgia’s Prime Minister and Azerbaijan’s President, where all critical issues necessary for further enhancing our relations will be thoroughly discussed,” added Maka Botchorishvili.
