First Vice-Speaker of Parliament – Russia tries to hold Georgia under constant pressure

Tamar Chugoshvili, First Vice-Speaker of the Georgian Parliament said that with the so-called borderization works and erection of artificial barriers in Gugutiantkari village by occupational forces, Russia is trying to hold Georgia under constant pressure.

Chugoshvili evaluated the latest moves of Russia as a harsh violation of the international law and order targeted against Georgia. Also, “This form of pressure generates human tragedies. Locals are often abducted and detained, and much effort is needed to release them,” Chugoshvili said.
