Today’s Cabinet meeting chaired by Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili discussed seven issues from the session’s agenda, including the draft on amendments to the Administrative Offenses Code to regulate street vending.
Based on these amendments, sanctions and fines will apply for unauthorized peddling and advertising in municipal territories, with the addition of sanctions for repeated offenses defined in said provisions.
The Government Members also discussed amendments to the Law on Consular Activities to regulate rotation cycles in diplomatic service by defining rules and durations of long-term assignments to Georgia’s diplomatic missions.
