Finance Minister meets US investors
The Minister of Finance of Georgia, Lasha Khutsishvili, held meetings with several investment and asset management companies in the United States, accompanied by National Bank President Natia Turnava and representatives of both the Ministry of Finance and the National Bank.
According to the Ministry of Finance, these meetings were part of Georgia’s preparations for Eurobond refinancing in 2026. About 15 investment firms based in New York and Boston participated, with sessions organised by JP Morgan, Société Générale, Citi, and ICBC.
During the meetings, officials discussed Georgia’s macroeconomic and fiscal indicators, future forecasts, the investment climate, international market developments, and plans related to the upcoming Eurobond refinancing.
The Georgian delegation also included Deputy Minister of Finance Ekaterine Guntsadze and Head of the State Debt Management Department Irakli Kacharava.
