FIBA World Basketball Cup: Georgia vs Lithuania - Live broadcast on GPB's First Channel

Georgian national basketball team “Jvarosnebi” will play the second preparation game for the FIBA World Basketball Cup against Lithuania on August 1.

The match will be played at the Žalgiris Arena in Kaunas and kick-off at 8:20 pm. The Georgian Public Broadcaster (GPB) First Channel will live air the game.

Georgia played the first friendly match against Egypt but was defeated by a score of 76:81. Georgia’s rivals at the championship will be Montenegro, Mexico, and Egypt. In Group F, Georgia will compete with Slovenia, Cabo Verde and Venezuela.

FIBA World Basketball Cup will kick off on August 25. “Jvarosnebi” will play the first match against Cabo Verde on August 26.
