Exports of Georgia up 5.2 % in January-March 2021

The exports of Georgia (excluding non-declared exports) equaled USD 820.6 million, 5.2 % higher year-on-year, the National Statistics Office of Georgia (GeoStat) reported on Monday.

Share of the domestic exports in total export amounted to USD 606.9 million in January-March 2021, 13.6 % higher than in the same period of 2020, GeoStat noted.

The share of the top ten trading partners by domestic exports amounted to 78.1 %. The top partners were China (USD 103.5 million), Russia (USD 100.0 million), and Turkey (USD 71.4 million).
