Executive Secretary of Georgian Dream – Messages about postponement of elections means full capitulation on part of opposition
Messages voiced about postponement of elections 2 weeks ahead of the parliamentary elections means full capitulation on part of opposition – Irakli Kobakhidze, Executive Secretary of Georgian Dream told journalists.
Kobakhidze said that the large-scale activity of National Movement Party held in Batumi city of Adjara region last evening was nothing but “incredible harm” and an attempt to spread the virus to different regions.
Kobakhidze said that the National Movement brought people from different regions by mini-buses to Batumi and these people returned to their regions.
Kobakhidze claimed that the elections would not be adjourned. “Instead of making capitulation statements, let them prepare for October 31 and secure 12% or 3% votes of support that they now have in the population,” Kobakhidze said.
