Ex-President Saakashvili urges UNM to create manifesto on fundamental issues

Georgia’s Ex-President, Mikheil Saakashvili, has called on all members and supporters of the opposition United National Movement to create a manifesto on fundamental issues by November 23.

In a social media post, Saakashvili emphasized that the manifesto should include an agreement on party unity. He mentioned that anyone unwilling to sign this agreement would be expelled from the party automatically.

“Together with the people, we should develop a concept for overcoming oligarchic influence and building a better future for the country.

The manifesto should serve as a demonstration of unity and a commitment to renewal within the party,” he stated.
