Former Georgian president Mikheil Saakashvili posted a voice message on his Facebook page shortly before his arrest.
Saakashvili says he might be arrested but urging people “to fight to the end.”
“We will all gather tomorrow, a bulk of people will take to the streets and win the elections,” Saakashvili stated.
Earlier today, Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili said Mikheil Saakashvili has been detained and transferred to a prison.
