'Europe is our home' - Rally underway in Ozurgeti

Civil activists and locals are rallying in Ozurgeti, demanding the Georgian government fulfill the European Union’s recommendation.

Protesters claim the rally titled “Europe is our home” aims to show Europe and the government that they are on “the right path.”

“These rallies aim to force the government to comply with the EU recommendations so that Georgian people can join the EU,” said one of the protesters Irma Gordeladze.

A similar rally is scheduled for tomorrow in Batumi.
