Euro-Atlantic integration our 'firm position,' Georgian PM says

Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili on Monday stressed the Euro-Atlantic integration is the country’s “solid position, our decision, and nobody can alter it.”

Asked about the People’s Power movement, comprised of the former members of the ruling Georgian Dream party, Garibashvili said, “we live in a democracy, and everyone may join whatever group they like. They have a Constitutional right to do so.”

Garibashvili today attended a new wine festival – Wine Days in Georgia. Together with the Cabinet members, the PM hosted the foreign diplomats accredited to Georgia in the vineyard of Tsinandali and introduced them to the tradition of harvesting, stressing the importance of winemaking for the country.
