“Georgia has a window of opportunity,” said Pawel Herczynski, Head of the EU Delegation to Georgia, remarking on fulfilling the EC-proposed 12-point recommendations for candidate status.
“Here, I want to make two very simple points. The first point – the doors to the European Union are open for Georgia. The European perspective is crystal clear, and Georgia has a window of opportunity. The second point is for Georgia to deliver on twelve recommendations. I sincerely hope that all the stakeholders, on part of the government and the opposition, will see this moment, take advantage of the open door and will move forward,” he said.
