“Stay on the EU path! We are with you on this path. We hope you will enjoy the variety of activities and opportunities presented here, and have fun with friends and family. Happy Europe Day, forward Georgia, forward!” said Pawel Herczynski, EU Ambassador to Georgia, at the event dedicated to Europe Day at ExpoGeorgia fairgrounds in Tbilisi.
According to the EU Ambassador, the European Union wants Georgia with its unique culture and traditions to become a part of this unity and urged Georgia not to miss the opportunity.
“We celebrate a day dedicated to peace, unity and diversity. These are the values that unite Georgia and the European Union. EU membership means more opportunities for young people, economic strength for families and a decent life for older people. We want Georgia with its unique culture and traditions to become a part of this unity. In the fall, the European Union will decide whether Georgia will take the next step towards the European Union or not. This opportunity exists right now. Don’t miss it, time is running out. It’s up to you how you use it – stay on the EU path!
Stay on the EU path! We are with you on this path. We hope you will enjoy the variety of activities and opportunities presented here, and have fun with friends and family. Happy Europe Day, forward Georgia, forward!” said the ambassador.
