Education Minister lays wreath at Shota Rustaveli monument in Turkmenistan

Georgian Minister of Education, Science and Youth Givi Mikanadze, who is visiting Turkmenistan with a delegation, laid a wreath at the Shota Rustaveli monument.

According to the Ministry, the monument to the prominent Georgian poet stands among public figures from different eras and nationalities in the Cultural Park Complex of Ashkhabad.

The monument was erected in 2024 at the decision of the Turkmen government in cooperation with the Georgian government.
