The Minister of Education, Science, and Youth of Georgia, Giorgi Amilakhvari, recently visited Rustavi’s 7th and 17th public schools to review their newly completed infrastructure projects.
Both schools underwent complete rehabilitation through the Educational and Scientific Infrastructure Development Agency. The 7th public school, designed for 965 students, now includes modernized learning spaces, science and computer labs, a library, a canteen, and sports facilities.
The school is also fully accessible for people with disabilities and features security systems, with a project cost of over 5.5 million GEL.
Similarly, the 17th public school, which serves 920 students, was refurbished with updated classrooms, laboratories, recreational spaces, and sports infrastructure. The school is also equipped with essential resources, heating, and security systems, with the total project cost nearing 6 million GEL.
