Education Minister inspects reconstruction of public schools in Samtskhe-Javakheti region

Georgian Minister of Education, Science and Youth Affairs Givi Mikanadze inspected reconstruction works of public schools in the Samtskhe-Javakheti region implemented by the local government.

The reconstruction works are going on at #3 Public School in Borjomi, Azmani village school of the Akhalkalaki Municipality, and Kulalisi and Foka villages of the Ninotsminda Municipality. School classes and other facilities and infrastructure will be renovated within reconstruction works.

Developing public school infrastructure and ensuring a safe, high-quality learning environment for school students is a key priority for the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth Affairs.

With this aim, the construction, full reconstruction, and minor repair of schools are actively underway across the country.
