Diaspora Day forum opens in Tbilisi

Georgian Diaspora for the European Future of Georgia, a forum organized by the Georgian Foreign Ministry and dedicated to Diaspora Day, opened in Tbilisi. Foreign Minister Ilia Darchiashvili delivered an opening remark.

As part of the forum, participants will discuss education, culture, economic development, business support, digital diplomacy, and the role that social media plays in promoting Georgia’s international image.

The annual Diaspora Forum aims to deepen cooperation with compatriots living overseas, ensuring their constant connection with the homeland, their active involvement in the country building and finding the ways to solve the problems facing the Diaspora.
