Deputy Interior Minister holds bilateral talks with Chinese counterpart in Beijing

Georgia’s Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, Gaga Kirkitadze, met with Vice Minister of Public Security of the People’s Republic of China, Ling Zhifeng, during an official working visit to China.

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the discussions focused on current operational ties and future avenues of strategic cooperation between the law enforcement agencies of Georgia and China.

At the meeting, Georgia’s Deputy Interior Minister set out the Ministry’s strategic priorities. Both delegations exchanged best practices, institutional expertise, and enforcement strategies across key areas of law enforcement.

The Ministry noted that the Georgian Deputy Minister thanked his Chinese counterpart for the hospitality extended during the visit.
