The 5G network security memorandum between the United States and Georgia is of utmost importance. Georgia is entering a new regional leadership phase, which means more economic development, more investment in a safer environment, said Deputy Finance Minister Mikheil Dundua.
According to him, the United States wants to deepen its partnership with Georgia further.
“The country is entering a new phase of regional leadership, which will mean more economic development and concentration of Western investments in Georgia in the next decade,” said Deputy Minister of Finance.
According to Dundua, Georgia is becoming an American business partner and a member of the American business family.
US Under Secretary Keith Krach said that Georgia-US relations are entering a new phase, laying the foundation for a Georgia-US business plan.
The US and Georgia adopted the 5G memorandum of understanding on January 14, 2021, as Georgia joined the Clean Network Alliance of Democracies.
