Death case of former Deputy Adjara Finance Minister to be sent to law enforcers

The death case of Temur Gabaidze, former Deputy Adjara Finance Minister will be sent to law enforcers for probing. The Medical Activities Regulation Agency hints on negligence of doctors and publishes a disreputable conclusion.

Gabaidze received skull trauma in January of 2017 while skiing at Goderdzi ski resort. Health Ministry has claims towards local medical personnel, Khulo Hospital and Batumi Referral Hospital.

The document mentions various violations revealed in process of the patient’s medication. Authors of the conclusion demand that three doctors are held responsible. “Evex” Company, which Batumi and Khulo Hospitals belong to, has kept silence for the time being.
