Culture Minister wishes success to Georgia and many European projects

“I congratulate everyone on hosting the 2025 Junior Eurovision Song Contest. Culture is our European integration, and we say that Georgia today produces the highest-quality products,” said Georgia’s Culture Minister, Tinatin Rukhadze.

According to the Minister, a united team was engaged in organizing the contest, among them 1500-2000 people from Georgia.

“These people worked on the quality, which we have witnessed today, for 1 year. I recommend everyone who missed the live broadcast of the show to rewind and see how Georgia appeared before the world.

Culture is our European integration, and we say that Georgia today produces the highest-quality products. It was technically complex and a competition of a difficult task. Eighteen countries participated, and in fact, an entire city was constructed for that. I would like to commend the creative group, all those who thought over the contextual part. Georgia sounded today, it was seen in entire Europe and probably throughout the world,” Tinatin Rukhadze said.

According to the Culture Minister, the JESC 2025 was organized at the highest level.

“We supported each other, which was amazingly good, and everything was done with Georgian unity. I extend my gratitude to the Public Broadcaster, Tinatin Berdzenishvili, and the GPB’s big team, who worked days and nights. Thanks to Basa Potskhishvili for the remarkable opening and closing that any popular and esteemed contest would probably envy.

My gratitude to the entire creative group, to the Ranina project, which produces these children like a factory. Thanks to the Georgian government, everyone was involved – the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Sports Ministry, the State Security Service and the team of the Culture Ministry. If not Starring Georgia, it would have failed technically.

It is a very emotional day, once again thanks to the Public Broadcaster. The biggest thanks to little Andria Putkaradze, who made his homeland popular at such a young age. We did everything with dignity and beauty. I wish success to Georgia and many European projects of similar level and scale,” she said.
