CPMR reelects Adjara government Chair as its Vice-President

Tornike Rizhvadze, chair of the Adjara government, has been re-elected as Vice President of the Conference of Peripheral Maritime Regions of Europe (CPMR) for a second term. Tornike Rizhvadze attended the CPMR’s 50th General Assembly, which was held in Greece.

The Conference of Peripheral Maritime Regions brings together over 150 regions from 24 European Union and other countries. The CPMR, representing around 200 million people, advocates for more balanced development of European territory. It serves as a think tank as well as a regional lobby.
